In August 2017 I was in England, where I visited friends in Sheffield, Bath and London. I also didn’t want to miss Bletchley Park and Jim Austin’s computer sheds ;-).
The following pictures show impressions from Sheffield, the city which had been the worldwide center of the steel industry for more than 100 years.
In May a good friend of us celebrated his 50. birthday and invited as to his house in Minerve in South France where we spent a long weekend with nice people – a very welcome break after the exhausting move from Augsburg to Berlin in the weeks before.
In the occasion of my birthday I did a little tour in 2013: Copenhagen, Flensburg, Kiel and Berlin. This also gave me the opportunity to visit the Berliner Fernsehturm.
