I have been recommend this software to my wife since it’s useful but also free and open.
Recently she is complaining that when time of a period is changed, software retroactively recalculate and change durations of segments for previous months instead of just adjusting new average and apply it on current and future months.

      Thanks for your recommendation.

The way of the recalculation of previous months can not be changed easily since the default length of a period is in fact a global calculation parameter and not a value which is only valid for the current and future cycles. I added this setting to allow a better adaption to the real period length of the user. The predicted fertility is not affected anyway – it’s just the value how many days are considered to be within the period every month. The same is true for the length of the luteal phase. This also effects the calculated day of ovulation for all existing cycles and not only future ones.

In future versions there will be way to set the last day of a period and the day of ovulation manually within the calendar as well.
